Teacher training

In-depth courses

Advanced courses are additional modules that can be taken as a supplement to the methodology programs or as stand-alone personal growth courses. These courses make the class more interesting, dynamic, and diverse.

Beyond the Barre

01

An integrated approach to the dancer's body

Beyond the Barre is an in-depth course that combines dance-applied anatomy and body conditioning into a single theoretical and practical program.
The course was created to provide a deeper understanding of how the body functions in classical ballet, linking anatomical and biomechanical study directly to movement and practice.
The goal is to acquire practical tools for working more consciously on alignment, strength, flexibility, stability, and control, thereby improving technical quality and helping to prevent injuries.

02

From anatomical knowledge to practice

The training alternates and integrates sessions on anatomy and biomechanics—specifically applied to dance—with practical body conditioning work.

The study of the joints and major muscle groups involved in turnout, extensions, jumps, balance, and work on pointe and demi-pointe is directly linked to specific conditioning exercises and sequences.

In this way, every theoretical concept finds concrete practical application, enabling students to understand not only how to perform an exercise, but also why it is done and what its objective is.

03

Tools for a more mindful practice

This course enables participants to recognize muscular compensations, poor alignment, and inefficient movement patterns, while identifying targeted exercises for effective intervention.

It is designed for dance teachers, dancers, and industry professionals who wish to deepen their understanding of the body and integrate scientific principles and body conditioning techniques into the practice and teaching of classical dance.
