Our floor barre classes offer fundamental techniques for muscle stretching, improving posture, and enhancing body function. Through targeted exercises, floor work promotes movement awareness and body control.

The floor barre is particularly suitable for dancers, but not only: thanks to its effectiveness in improving technical skills, increasing flexibility, strengthening muscle groups, and supporting prevention and post-injury rehabilitation, it is also suitable and recommended for personal training, Pilates, gentle gymnastics, and other disciplines.

The Pointe Teaching Technique course is aimed at teachers who wish to guide their students towards the correct, safe, and effective use of pointe shoes, thanks to an approach based on the direct experience of former professional dancers from leading international theaters.

Repertoire

Classical repertoire
The Repertoire specialization classes are dedicated to the in-depth study of the main variations of the classical repertoire, addressed in detail and guided by our instructors. The course combines historical analysis, stylistic exploration, and technical practice, providing the concrete tools to best interpret each variation.

The program

- Storia della danza, con riferimento alle variazioni analizzate durante il seminario
- Repertorio per bambini, con studio di danze e variazioni dedicate alla fascia d’età 8–12 anni

The Passo a Due specialization course represents an important opportunity to delve deeper into the detailed study of partnering techniques. Under the guidance of our expert instructors, fundamental elements such as grips, supports, pirouettes, balance, and partner coordination will be thoroughly analyzed and developed.

Dances of character

Who is it aimed at?
The Character specialization course is aimed at teachers and presents study programs from Basic 3 to Basic 6, with exercises of progressive difficulty inspired by the main styles of character dance: Slavic, Polish, Italian, Spanish, Hungarian and others.

The origins
Character dance has its origins in the folk dances of various countries and, through technical and choreographic evolution, has become part of classical academic ballet.

Examination form
The character dance grade exam is planned as an additional module to the classical dance exam.
